13:02:07 From Michael : Hi, glad to be here, hear you loud & clear 13:02:12 From robert croley : I'm Canadian, but used to live close to Detroit MI, so I watch the Lions get killed every Turkey Day. 13:02:16 From robert croley : Loud and clear 13:03:50 From robert croley : Finished first draft of my website copy 13:03:54 From Michael : W: Second discovery call ever with a prospective client couple weeks ago 13:04:29 From Barb : Hi 13:05:04 From Barb : I surprised myself in Session 4 by discovering just how many Connector contacts I have! 13:08:09 From Michael : Q: I have sent over 150 warm prospecting emails, have gotten probably 20 or so responses, but in sending follow-up emails, have gotten NO responses to those. It's first-time response or nothing for me. Kind of a broad question, but do you have any tips for making F/U prospecting emails get responses? 13:09:23 From robert croley : My three target markets are international trade consultants, health and wellness entrepreneurs and companies and solopreneurs from all industries; I do want to focus on health and wellness eventually because I find trade consulting boring (which is why I left the business in the first place) but I have the most experience there. So I list that first and it seems to be most emphasized in my website copy. Should I list health first since that's where I want to focus, or stick with Trade because I have the most expertise there? 13:11:58 From Barb : Yes, thank youi! 13:12:57 From Michael : Haven't got through Session 8 yet 13:14:39 From Michael : Q: No, I mean when I send F/U emails to non-responsive prospects. I sent WEP email, no response, following up in 1-2 weeks 13:15:29 From Barb to Ed Gandia(Privately) : Did I submit my website review request in the right place on Facebook? 13:18:14 From Michael : Put a light sense of urgency in there...I like it 13:18:44 From Michael : Yes, helped so much, thanks!!! 13:33:12 From Barb to Ed Gandia(Privately) : Oh, never mind... I see your review now... THANKS 13:40:12 From Michael : Q: Since you're the LinkedIn 321 guru, question about that: What types of posts are good for the 3 daily shares? I've been sharing articles on news in fintech, healthtech, legal tech (I'm B2B tech & SaaS copywriter, specializing in those 3 areas), and getting fair amount of views, but very few comments. What is goal with these shares? 13:42:22 From Barb : Excellent reminder of focus, thank you! And for great ideas. 13:46:42 From Michael : Good suggestion on asking questions. I generally just make brief comment on the article. 13:50:52 From Michael : Yes, thanks so much! And I'll be happy with all the views I'm getting, breeding familiarity like you said 13:55:26 From Michael : V: Value of getting views on LI posts, different ways to approach posts 13:55:34 From Barb : The reminder that it's about THEM, not me. 13:56:35 From robert croley : V: Laser focus on my target market 13:58:42 From Barb : 20-0108 13:59:00 From Barb : Oops, sorry - too many PCs open. 14:00:15 From Barb : A: Review your website feedback and update as needed. 14:01:35 From Michael : A: Inquire with friends & family about potential business before Thanksgiving, I've been more focused on WEP and LI networking 14:01:36 From robert croley : A: Revise my website copy, consider a rebrand 14:06:18 From Michael : Wow, nice story, very encouraging, thanks! 14:07:55 From robert croley : Thank you! 14:08:00 From Barb : Another great call... thanks1 14:08:03 From Michael : Thank you!
